Pre-order dispatch: from 1 September 2026

The Traders Mind Journal is currently available to pre-order. All pre-orders will be dispatched from 1 September 2026. The delivery estimates below begin from that dispatch date, not from the date you place your order.

You will receive a dispatch notification by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Processing Time & Dispatch

We deliver worldwide and dispatch all orders safely and securely within 2 business days of dispatch opening, using a tracked service where possible. Shipping times are estimates and are counted from the date of dispatch rather than the date of your order.

Please note that we only ship on business days, so orders placed after 4pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. The estimates below are based on average shipping times across these services and cannot be guaranteed.

General Information

We ship worldwide from our EU warehouse. Orders to the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world are all dispatched from Europe.

Because the journal is currently sold on a pre-order basis, your order is reserved for you at the point of purchase and will be fulfilled when stock arrives. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund the full amount using your original payment method.

Once your order is on its way you will receive a delivery notification by email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder, as it can sometimes end up there.

If you still have not received it, or you are having trouble tracking your order, please email support@tradersmindjournal.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are based on the weight of your order, your chosen delivery method and your location. To see an accurate delivery cost, add the journal to your basket and continue to the checkout, where both delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed. Additional charges may apply to remote areas.

Import Duty & Taxes

All international orders, excluding the EU, may be subject to import duty and/or tax. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local courier or government agency in order to receive your order. They are not collected by Lexington Publishing Ltd, may be charged before, on or after delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer. To find out what these may be, please contact your local customs service.

Delivery Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct delivery address is entered at the time of purchase. Lexington Publishing Ltd is not responsible for the loss of any orders sent to an incorrect address.

If a mistake has been made, please email support@tradersmindjournal.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@tradersmindjournal.com and we will do our best to help. Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any point before dispatch.
